Combining Batch 1 and 2, we’ve now shipped over 70% of all pre-orders. This means we’re coming to the final stages of Power Keyboard pre-order fulfilment! The remaining orders are being processed and shipped, with tracking numbers continuing to be sent out.

All remaining Power Keyboard pre-orders have now arrived at our fulfilment centres. They are currently being packed and processed. Tracking numbers will be sent out throughout this week as orders ship.

Singapore orders currently with the courier should be released shortly, pending some additional labelling. We’ve approved the courier to carry out the required labelling, which should allow these shipments to move forward shortly. This should not affect any future shipments to Singapore.

Good news - fulfilment to Japan has now resumed! Remaining Japan pre-orders will begin shipping shortly. Keep an eye out for your tracking number and shipping confirmation.

Some international shipments are currently on a short pause due to battery-related courier issues. We’re actively working with them to resolve this and resume shipping to affected countries as soon as possible.

We’re currently experiencing delays with orders shipping to Ireland due to a transport delay outside of our control. We’re working with our fulfilment and courier partners to see if we can ship these orders from an alternative location and get things moving again as soon as possible.

All pre-order units have now been manufactured and are being organised by destination before being shipped to our fulfilment partners.

7000 more units arrived in the US.

All remaining pre-orders to Japan have been placed on a short hold while we complete the necessary compliance checks. We expect to resume fulfilment as soon as the requirements are cleared.

3000 more units have arrived in our warehouse for International fulfilment. These will complete Batch 1 for all remaining Pre-orders.

7000 more units arrived at the US warehouse; this shipment will complete fulfilment for Batch 1 US.

All units for Batch 1 have now been manufactured and will continue shipping as inventory arrives at our fulfilment centre.
