I like using the clicks keyboard. I compensated the weight imbalance by using a grip holder for the iPhone. I also like having access to a full screen. However, I have issues when it comes to using symbols. I mentioned this to your team before that I am not able to use the "?" with the designated "123" key(and other symbols). I was told to remove the phone from the case and reattach(done) I was told to turn off/on the phone(done), I was told to download the latest firmware(done). None of this seems to help. To solve my symbols problem, I alternate between the clicks keyboard and the iPhone or I have to press the "123", the keyboard button(the world symbol) and the command button simultaneously! Note: that does not always work. I hope you are able to solve this issue with future clicks cases. I do like the concept. Thank you

If you are on your phone a bunch each day for work, you need this. Built great. I can send messages faster with this case. Zero complaints! Love it.

overall the clicking feels good. but its very different from what I would have expected from the blackberry

The physical keyboard does improve my efficiency above and beyond typing on a virtual one - a long-time frustration of mine! However, your app has failed to work with the device. I have updated it, removed it, downloaded, re-installed several times and still it does not work. And despite having removed my phone from the Clicks keyboard and reinstalling. It will work initially, but then I get a “Clicks is Not Detected” error message minutes after it appears to be working and I have customized my settings. Thus, I am unable to use any of the features nor set up any of the personalized functions the app is supposed to provide. It’s very frustrating.
