When will my Clicks ship?



The first batch of Clicks Keyboard for Galaxy S25 to ship will be the Onyx colorway, expected to ship in June. Pinot will ship in the second batch, expected to ship after June. We will keep you updated with more detailed timelines as the expected shipment windows approach.

Can I switch the color of my pre-order to get my Clicks for Galaxy faster?



Yes. You can switch to the Onyx colorway to get your Clicks Keyboard for Galaxy in batch 1. Watch your email for more information about the deadline to switch your order. After the deadline, no further color changes will be permitted.

Is the final product going to be exactly as shown here?



We’re still fine tuning some of the final details on Clicks for Galaxy including the keyboard layout, keyboard color and backplate color. We will let you know when the product is fully locked down.

What Galaxy models are supported?



Galaxy S25.

Will Clicks be available for the Galaxy S25 Ultra?



Not at this time.

Will Clicks work with older Galaxy models?



Each Clicks keyboard is custom moulded to perfectly fit the model it is designed for. We don’t advise using Clicks with other phones.

What keyboard shortcuts will work?



Shortcuts on Android work differently from Clicks for iPhone. There are a number of system level options along with shortcuts to launch apps. Check out this article to learn more about keyboard shortcuts for Android smartphones.

What apps are supported?



Most popular Android apps support external hardware keyboards. If you encounter an app that isn’t supported, please let us know at support@clicks.tech

Will there be QWERTZ or AZERTY versions of Clicks for Galaxy?



There are no current plans, but we are monitoring interest in other keyboard layouts.

Does Clicks work with wired headphones?



No, Clicks doesn’t support USB-C wired headphones.

Does Clicks work with Android Auto?



Clicks offers support for Android Auto using the USB-C data passthrough mode.

How do I charge my phone with Clicks?



Clicks supports passthrough charging with USB-C. Plus, Clicks also adds a built-in magnetic array to the case, which enables wireless charging.

What is your return policy?



Clicks can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the product being delivered.

Where will my Clicks Keyboard ship from?



Your Clicks Keyboard for Android will ship from our international shipping warehouse in Hong Kong. Depending on where you live, this may impact your delivery time. Please note, customs and duties may apply.

1. Had hard time trying the small keys 2. After the 3rd I was able to type with a fewer mistake 3. After 10th day much less mistake 4. After 20th day no issues 5. When using for WhatsApp and Emails, such a big screen to work on as the original keyboard normally will take up ¼ of the screen 5. My Future Requests:- • Able to engrave your Name at the back as there is such a large space, • Some type of design instead of plain “Yellow”, • The Rubber around the phone should be slightly ticker, • The keys should be like the size of the “BlackBerry” keys. • The lights on the keyboard key should illumine a much brighter, When iPhone 16 is out will re-purchase the same Clicks Keyboard. Good and i got used to it very fast. It feels comfy but here are few things to improve: When i exit the keyboard and come back to write in another screen it should go back to default layout (letters). Arabic language support should be easy to implement and would be a very huge plus. I like the quality and durability. Keep this good stuff around ♥️

Have been using BlackBerries since forever up until a few months ago when Key2 died on me. Bought an iPhone and a clicks keyboard. Keyboard took two months to arrive so I kind of gotten used to the iPhone feel but I was still frustrated with screen keyboard. Too many mistakes, too many edits. When clicks came I found it shockingly top heavy. I found the keys too deep and hard to type. It still is an effort. I used clicks for a week and then went back to iPhone. Couldn’t last a day. I’m hooked to keys and I’d like this to be perfected. For starters I wish I could see word and emoji suggestions while using clicks the same way you see them when typing on the screen. You don’t. Next generation does need to come with more shallow keys and easier to punch and respond. And maybe more weight on the bottom so that phone ain’t top heavy. I saw the clicks video of “how we are supposed to hold it”. Sorry. We ain’t gonna rediscover the wheel. I’m holding it at the blackberry prayer position as you say and I guess I’ll work out my wrists and tendons. Buy one. Who knows. You either love it or hate it. I’m in between and I want to love it.
