When will my Clicks ship?



The first batch of Clicks Keyboard for Galaxy S25 to ship will be the Onyx colorway, expected to ship in June. Pinot will ship in the second batch, expected to ship after June. We will keep you updated with more detailed timelines as the expected shipment windows approach.

Can I switch the color of my pre-order to get my Clicks for Galaxy faster?



Yes. You can switch to the Onyx colorway to get your Clicks Keyboard for Galaxy in batch 1. Watch your email for more information about the deadline to switch your order. After the deadline, no further color changes will be permitted.

Is the final product going to be exactly as shown here?



We’re still fine tuning some of the final details on Clicks for Galaxy including the keyboard layout, keyboard color and backplate color. We will let you know when the product is fully locked down.

What Galaxy models are supported?



Galaxy S25.

Will Clicks be available for the Galaxy S25 Ultra?



Not at this time.

Will Clicks work with older Galaxy models?



Each Clicks keyboard is custom moulded to perfectly fit the model it is designed for. We don’t advise using Clicks with other phones.

What keyboard shortcuts will work?



Shortcuts on Android work differently from Clicks for iPhone. There are a number of system level options along with shortcuts to launch apps. Check out this article to learn more about keyboard shortcuts for Android smartphones.

What apps are supported?



Most popular Android apps support external hardware keyboards. If you encounter an app that isn’t supported, please let us know at support@clicks.tech

Will there be QWERTZ or AZERTY versions of Clicks for Galaxy?



There are no current plans, but we are monitoring interest in other keyboard layouts.

Does Clicks work with wired headphones?



No, Clicks doesn’t support USB-C wired headphones.

Does Clicks work with Android Auto?



Clicks offers support for Android Auto using the USB-C data passthrough mode.

How do I charge my phone with Clicks?



Clicks supports passthrough charging with USB-C. Plus, Clicks also adds a built-in magnetic array to the case, which enables wireless charging.

What is your return policy?



Clicks can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the product being delivered.

Where will my Clicks Keyboard ship from?



Your Clicks Keyboard for Android will ship from our international shipping warehouse in Hong Kong. Depending on where you live, this may impact your delivery time. Please note, customs and duties may apply.

Think blackberry meets iPhone but it’s got hot keys that you can set up with apps to make the overall experience on iPhone super fluid and just make sense. I never realized what I have been missing out on! It’s a must have accessory for iPhone as it can be used for both personal and professional life. I work full time from home and it is perfect for emails and even editing documents! I have found it to be one of the best pieces of tech out on the market currently and highly Recommend to beginners and experts alike! Deff worth the money! love the extra screen I get form having the clicks case installed. Took me a couple of weeks to get used to using it, but I find it to be much more accurate than the on screen keyboard. It always attracts a lo of attention when I take out my phone. The one improvement that I would like to see is the pond sign added, as that iOS the only time I go back to the on screen keyboard.

Overall, very satisfied with Clicks. First off, it‚Äôs great being able to see a full screen. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and seeing that giant screen is awesome. Years ago I used to use a Blackberry for work. I don‚Äôt know if it‚Äôs muscle memory or what, but I felt quite comfortable using the keyboard right away. And I feel like I make fewer typos on the keyboard than the screen. That being said, I do switch between the Clicks keyboard and the iPhone‚Äôs. I couldn‚Äôt tell you exactly why, except sometimes I just like to switch things up. And while mastering the keys has been fairly easy, getting a comfortable grip and typing (especially with a larger phone like the 16 Pro Max) can sometimes be challenging. The phone becomes very ‚Äútop heavy‚Äù while you‚Äôre using Clicks, and so I‚Äôll switch to the iPhone screen, just because it‚Äôs a change up for your fingers and grip. But I like having both keyboards, and ability to change back and forth. I can‚Äôt say the Clicks would ever become my full-time keyboard, but I will say it‚Äôs a great complimentary keyboard, and offers me flexibility, which I enjoy. Lastly, I should that this product feels really well made, and the ‚Äúkeyboard feel‚Äù is excellent. The only room for improvement in my mind would be if they could extend the backlight time beyond 10 seconds. The brightness level of the keyboard is excellent.,
