When will my Clicks ship?



The first batch of Clicks Keyboard for Galaxy S25 to ship will be the Onyx colorway, expected to ship in June. Pinot will ship in the second batch, expected to ship after June. We will keep you updated with more detailed timelines as the expected shipment windows approach.

Can I switch the color of my pre-order to get my Clicks for Galaxy faster?



Yes. You can switch to the Onyx colorway to get your Clicks Keyboard for Galaxy in batch 1. Watch your email for more information about the deadline to switch your order. After the deadline, no further color changes will be permitted.

Is the final product going to be exactly as shown here?



We’re still fine tuning some of the final details on Clicks for Galaxy including the keyboard layout, keyboard color and backplate color. We will let you know when the product is fully locked down.

What Galaxy models are supported?



Galaxy S25.

Will Clicks be available for the Galaxy S25 Ultra?



Not at this time.

Will Clicks work with older Galaxy models?



Each Clicks keyboard is custom moulded to perfectly fit the model it is designed for. We don’t advise using Clicks with other phones.

What keyboard shortcuts will work?



Shortcuts on Android work differently from Clicks for iPhone. There are a number of system level options along with shortcuts to launch apps. Check out this article to learn more about keyboard shortcuts for Android smartphones.

What apps are supported?



Most popular Android apps support external hardware keyboards. If you encounter an app that isn’t supported, please let us know at support@clicks.tech

Will there be QWERTZ or AZERTY versions of Clicks for Galaxy?



There are no current plans, but we are monitoring interest in other keyboard layouts.

Does Clicks work with wired headphones?



No, Clicks doesn’t support USB-C wired headphones.

Does Clicks work with Android Auto?



Clicks offers support for Android Auto using the USB-C data passthrough mode.

How do I charge my phone with Clicks?



Clicks supports passthrough charging with USB-C. Plus, Clicks also adds a built-in magnetic array to the case, which enables wireless charging.

What is your return policy?



Clicks can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the product being delivered.

Where will my Clicks Keyboard ship from?



Your Clicks Keyboard for Android will ship from our international shipping warehouse in Hong Kong. Depending on where you live, this may impact your delivery time. Please note, customs and duties may apply.

As a former BB user I'm happy to have a handheld keyboard and still be able to use my iOS device. I had the founders edition first and I was happy but over the years I got used to DE-Keyboards. When it got released I was happy for the newer quality. My only recommendation would be that (for magsafe users) a sticky ring could be included. I had to buy 2 seperate rings for both cases.

I have enjoyed using my Clicks on my iPhone 16 Pro and my favorite features are the quick key options (way more available than I need), the MagSafe charging compatibility, and the keyboard overall experience (buttons, shape, size, weight). I will say it does take about a week to get used to the hold that best works for you, but if you work through that initial process, I guarantee you will love the keyboard case as much as I do! The 30-day return feature makes it a no brainer if you are even remotely considering getting one..what do you have to loose!!

i have been using clicks for over a week now and I love it, best choose I made. As soon as I saw the case out the box I was wowed by it and knew instantly I would love it. I’m getting used to using the physical keyboard now, I love the shortcuts you can make as well. My wife and I were so happy to receive our Clicks for iPhone 16 Max Pro a couple days ago. For many years I was a long time user of Blackberry keyboard phones and as soon as I started typing on the new Clicks keyboard I realized just how much I missed it. Becomes second nature, being able to type without even looking at the keyboard and never have to put up with having half the screen obscured by the on-screen keyboard is a major improvement The product quality is excellent, packaging is very neat and it takes literally 5 seconds to plug the phone into the Clicks case and start typing. It comes with it's own app for learning tutorials and other keyboard settings but it works right out of the box without having to install the app as well The funniest thing is that as soon as I pull my phone out everybody is like "what is that?
